This policy explains what information TAFFI LOUIS ("we," "us," "this site") collects when you visit taffilouis.com, why it's collected, and how it's used.

When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. You may also be added to the newsletter if you submitted your email address to download a Taffi Louis edit through Hypeddit. When you submit the General Contact or Booking Inquiry forms, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide in the message (including, for booking inquiries, event date, venue, city, hours, budget, expected attendance, and equipment details).
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

We use your information only to:
- Send newsletter updates you've opted into (new music, event announcements, exclusive downloads)
- Respond to messages sent through the contact or booking forms
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
> THIRD-PARTY_SERVICES
This site uses the following third-party services to operate, each of which processes your data under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site. Its Turnstile service protects the newsletter signup form from automated spam by running a check in the background of your browser. Turnstile processes limited technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, solely to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.
- Brevo — processes and stores newsletter signup emails, and sends newsletter emails on our behalf.
- Hypeddit — collects email addresses from people who download Taffi Louis edits through its download gates.
- Web3Forms — processes contact and booking form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- SoundCloud — embedded audio players on this site may collect standard usage data per SoundCloud's own privacy policy.
- YouTube — an embedded video playlist on the home page, loaded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, may collect usage data per Google's own privacy policy once you play a video.

You can:
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we delete your personal information

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Embedded third-party players (SoundCloud and YouTube) and Cloudflare's security services may set cookies or similar technologies as part of their own functionality, governed by their respective policies.
